What the store sees

Crossing by postal code and address

Each store sees its own orders by area (start of the postal code): how much it sells, to how many customers, what sells most, how they pay and how much is cancelled, and opens the orders for a postal code or address. Stores in the network also see aggregated numbers from other stores in the same area, never anyone's orders or customers.

Payment at the store's checkout

The order link takes the buyer to the checkout the store already uses (AppMax, Mercado Pago, its own website). The checkout reports the payment and the order is marked paid automatically. BridgesAgents never touches the money.

Orders in the store's system

Signed webhooks deliver each order, status change and payment to the store's ERP, POS, calendar or automation, with the number in the format it accepts.

Data protection handled

Buyers request a copy or deletion of their data at My data, confirmed by email. Fraud signals store only a code (hash) and disappear after 12 months.

International

Brazilian CEP, US ZIP and other countries' postal codes, prices in several currencies and the site in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
